Monday-Friday:
- Drop-off from 6 AM to 8 AM;
- Pickup from 5 PM to 7 PM.
Saturday/Sunday:
- Drop-off from 10 AM to 12 PM;
- Pickup from 2 PM to 4 PM.
To make a reservation, please request a reservation through our customer portal and reserve a temperament test. Reservations are required for both boarding and daycare.
We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the time of your reservation, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your reservation.
We have a number of safety measures in place, including 24/7 in-person surveillance, a secure facility, and trained staff members who are experienced in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
If your dog gets sick or injured while in our care, we will assess their illness and contact you immediately. If necessary, we will take your dog to the veterinarian for further treatment.
We offer supervised playtime, one-on-one playtime, pool time, enrichment activities, and personal walks.
Our staff-to-dog ratio is roughly 10 dogs per staff member, though we adjust the ratio based on the size and needs of the dogs in our care.
Your dog will be outside of their designated rest area for the majority of the day, with kennel times provided for nap time and feedings. We also provide supervised outdoor playtime and potty breaks throughout the day.
We recommend that you bring your own food in order to maintain your dog's diet and prevent any upset stomachs, please make sure to label it clearly with your dog’s name and feeding instructions. However, if you are unable to bring your own food, we can provide Diamond Naturals Dry Dog Food for an additional price per day during your dog's meal times.
Dogs are separated during playtime based on their size and temperament. We have both a big dog and a small dog play area to ensure that all dogs are comfortable and safe while playing.

We require all dogs over 10 months of age to be neutered. Puppies over 4 months of age are also welcome as long as they are up to date on their vaccinations. We want to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our dogs, and this includes maintaining responsible pet ownership practices.
We require all dogs to be up to date on their typical dog vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. In addition, we require dogs to be vaccinated against bordetella (kennel cough) and to be on a flea and tick preventative. These requirements help ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our facility.
Yes, you can bring up to two personal items for your dog. Please note that rope toys and cow hides are not allowed. We provide bedding for all of our dogs, so please do not bring your dog's bed.
No, we do not offer grooming services. However, we would be happy to recommend local groomers in the area.
